Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Nodal Puzzles, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the app.

License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Nodal Puzzles on your device for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
  • Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the app or its puzzles
  • Attempt to circumvent the in-app advertisement system

User Conduct

Since Nodal Puzzles has no user-generated content or multiplayer features, your conduct rules are minimal. You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful or harmful purpose
  • Attempt to exploit, hack, or damage the app
  • Reverse-engineer the puzzle bank or generation algorithm

Intellectual Property

All content in Nodal Puzzles—including the app, puzzle designs, game names (Crowns, Trail, Constellation), graphics, and visual assets—is owned by oCino Ventures and protected by copyright. You may not use, copy, or modify any of this content without permission.

Third-Party Services

Nodal Puzzles uses Google's Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements. Your use of ads is subject to Google's terms and privacy policy. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Nodal Puzzles is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, oCino Ventures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Nodal Puzzles, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to stop offering Nodal Puzzles or to terminate your license to use the app at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you are revoked.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
