Overview

Nodal Puzzles respects your privacy. We don't collect personal information, maintain accounts, or send your data to servers. Your game progress, settings, and solve history are stored only on your device. The only third-party data flow is from advertising (Google AdMob), which operates under its own privacy policy.

Information We Collect

We collect no personal information directly. Nodal Puzzles doesn't have a backend server, user accounts, or login system. We don't collect your name, email, location, age, or any other identifying information.

All your game progress, puzzle history, settings, and achievements are stored in a local SQLite database on your device. This data never leaves your device via any mechanism we control.

Third-Party Services: Google AdMob

Nodal Puzzles uses Google's Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to show banner and optional rewarded video ads. Google may collect:

• Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID on Android, IDFA on iOS)
• Device information (OS version, manufacturer, model)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, engagement)

App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS, Nodal Puzzles requests App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission before collecting advertising data for personalization. If you decline, you'll still see ads—they'll just be non-personalized. Declining ATT doesn't affect your ability to play.

Children's Privacy

Nodal Puzzles is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.

Our Google AdMob configuration is set to comply with child safety standards for any underage users.

Data Retention and Deletion

Since we don't collect data ourselves, there's nothing for us to delete on our servers. All game data is stored locally on your device and is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Nodal Puzzles after updates constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
